Slimming World
Today was weigh in day. 3 1/2 pounds!!! Not bad eh? Thought I'd put on more than that. Mind you it was a real effort to keep it on. Had to stuff my face like mad! Had Saveloy and Chips on the way home by way of reward. (...and I didn't get the fruit again! just as well I always forget to bring mine lol)

well done...... when i used to go weight watchers i would have chow mein chips and a dairy milk!!! u need it!! xxxx
And boy did I need it Rachel! x Mind you it gave me shocking stomach cramps. That's for bolting it down on the train home. I'd had a very busy 11 hour day and was in no mood to re-heat a butter bean and leek bake!
Sitting there with all those middle class women who can't acount for all the weight they'd lost since last time, as they'd only had dinner out 3 times but next week's gonne be difficult coz thay're going skiing!!!! We had a person trainer explain how our bodies would look different if we did muscle condition programme he offers for £50. You can see difference aftet around 3 sessions a week. Please! If I spent £150 on him instead of food and bills my body would certainly look different.
Well, I will persevere, without the skiing or trainer (he had tatoos and badly veneered teeth anyway..oh, and 2 fingers missing off his right hand!!!! I don't miss much)
good lord... the fingers u need!!!!! lol xxxxx
